Preexisting Material
It should be noted that the treatment for "Riley's Hood" is a modern, female coming-of-age reimagination of "Robin Hood" and while the story is entirely my own, the inspiration came partially from a friend's childhood, and partially from "Robin Hood" the legend. The treatment for "Tonto and the Cowboy" is currently designed to be sold to the owners of the "Lone Ranger" franchise, so the names and basic plot are inspired by the "Lone Ranger." The story, characters, character arcs etc. are my own, and if the owners of the franchise do not wish to purchase the screenplay, the names will be changed, and the plot will be tweaked to follow a new Canadian storyline (as mentioned in the treatment.) Also, The concept of a "Wendigo" used in the treatment for "Baycock Ogitchidaa" (Demon Warrior) is a First Nations legend, technically public domain. It should be noted that the works here attached are entirely created by myself Michael Masurkevitch, but that in the future I will be looking for collaborators who believe in the project and have a stronger claim to the story (ie. a First Nations woman for 'Baycock Ogitchidaa", a First Nations male for "Tonto and the Cowboy," and a female of African descent for "the Proletariat" who will own their future contribution to the work
