2-D artwork, This is derivative of an original acrylic painting of the "Eastwood Coat of Arms" created by Dana Alan Eastwood in 1979, based in part on descriptions of the coat of arms available in the public domain. For that reason, I have indicated that this is based in part on pre-existing materials. The original acrylic painting was given by Dana Alan Eastwood to his daughter, Athena Eastwood, as a birthday present for her 10th birthday in 1979. In 2019, we created a graphic version, which version we are now seeking to copyright in this application. Dana Alan Eastwood, as author and holder of the original copyright (although not registered), transferred all rights of ownership in the copyright and any and all derivative works to Athena Eastwood, claimant herein
